We’re looking for an experienced Transaction Advisory Manager to join a growing Financial Services team delivering financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions for private equity and corporate clients across banking, insurance, wealth management, lending and fintech.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial due diligence engagements from planning to delivery.
- Manage client relationships and present key findings.
- Review and prepare high-quality reports.
- Coach and develop junior team members.
- Ensure projects are delivered efficiently and compliantly.
About You
- ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA or CIPFA qualified.
- 3+ years’ post-qualification Transaction Advisory/Deals experience.
- Strong Financial Services due diligence experience.
- Commercial, analytical and client-focused.
