- Directly supporting colleagues,, external stakeholders, Legal Advisors, Lenders and Borrowers with each restructuring transaction
- Responsible for both the Advisory and Compliance aspects of the Transactions
- Advising on the submission of relevant Tax returns and documentation
- Be vigilant with Business Development opportunities
- Contribute and develop personal training
- ACA/CTA
- Strong Tax Experience
- Highly Articulate and confident
