This is a pivotal role that will give you full exposure to the buy side of the process allowing a real learning curve in a highly pressured environment.
Ideally, ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and from a Transaction Services or Lead Advisory background your responsibilities and skills will include
- Financial Due Diligence
- Project Management of current Business and deal processes
- Assess areas of improvements within Finance Functions
- Support the post acquisition integration
- Exceptional communication and written skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
