While the role will transform and evolve very quickly, initial duties will include:-
- Leadership of a strong team, overseeing the full financial management, including Management Accounts, month, quarter and year end financial reporting.
- Challenging the business to deliver robust processes and drive change
- Lead the annual budget process
- Partner with Sales Director and wider team with sales and margin analysis and reporting
The ideal candidate will be qualified ACA, CA, ACMA or equivalent with an impeccable academic profile and strong technical skills, ideally gained within a high growth organisation. You will ideally have experienced a progressive career to date and seek to continue that progression within a challenging and rapidly changing business.
