CMC Consulting are working with a large business with continuous plans for growth operating out of the Media sector.
Our client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller with a keen eye for detail, to assist with the credit functions within the company.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Liaising with global customer base via email or phone
- Ensuring that the entire debt collection process is done correctly and in a timely manner as well as being in line with weekly cash collection targets
- Processing monthly bad debt write off’s
- Communicating with customers in order to take credit card payments
- Dealing with any quires
- Management of AR mailbox
- Any ad-hoc tasks
Key skills and experience
- Experience within an Accounts Receivable role
- At least 2 years’ experience within a Credit Control function
- Experience with multi-currency
- Used accounting systems
