My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager with excellent communication and language skills to manage the AP functions.
This role requires the successful candidate to be Spanish speaking and experienced within an AP function.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the AP functions
- Ensuring all payments are accurate and processed in a timely manner
- Manage the month-end processes as well as all reconciliations including accurate accruals
- Responsible for the Accounts Payable Assistant
The Ideal candidate will have
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with Excel, MS Word
- Managerial experience within an Accounts Payable function
- AAT qualification is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
