Unique opportunity for an accountant with a track record of improvement or process change in a multi site environment to really have an impact
Our PE backed multi site business is growing in Europe, through a combination of organic and acquisitive growth. They now require a seasoned process improvement expert to work with the new businesses to understand the differences in local markets, learn best practice and ensure smooth integration with systems and processes of the head office. This is a high profile role working closely with the European Financial Controller.
The role will cover a broad range of responsibilities but will require a good knowledge and understanding of financial control and process and experience of driving and implementing accounting policy and process improvements, with a real commercial focus, ideally in an international retail or multi site business.
The ideal candidate would be a qualified accountant with financial accounting and control improvement experience, available to travel in Europe on a regular basis (up to 50% at times), European language skills would be a distinct advantage.
